The ÜLKA Jupiter 10V PRO is a professional dry heat steriliser for the thermal sterilisation of metal instruments. It was developed specifically for nail salons, nail technicians, beauty salons and training centres where large numbers of instruments need to be reliably reprocessed every day.

With 7 horizontal shelves and a capacity of up to 49 kraft paper pouches, the Jupiter 10V PRO provides plenty of space, making it ideal for salons with a high volume of instruments to process.

High capacity with 7 shelves

The spacious interior of the Jupiter 10V PRO contains 7 horizontal shelves. Depending on the load, between 14 and 49 kraft paper pouches can be sterilised at once.

This makes the device particularly suitable for professional nail salons with several staff members, busy salons and training centres that need to reprocess many instruments at once.

Even heat distribution thanks to an integrated fan

A key advantage of the Jupiter 10V PRO is the integrated fan. This helps distribute hot air evenly throughout the sterilisation chamber.

This exposes instruments on all levels evenly to the required temperature and helps maintain consistent sterilisation quality.

3 sterilisation programmes

Depending on the desired sterilisation process, three different temperature and time programmes are available:

• 200 °C – 30 minutes
• 180 °C – 60 minutes
• 160 °C – 150 minutes

The instruments can be sterilised with or without suitable kraft paper pouches.

Additional drying mode at 80 °C

In addition to its three sterilisation programmes, the Jupiter 10V PRO has a separate drying mode at 80 °C for 30 minutes.

This is used to reduce residual moisture after the previous cleaning of the instruments and to prepare the instruments for subsequent sterilisation.

Important: The 80 °C drying mode does not replace sterilisation. After drying, one of the designated sterilisation programmes must be run.

Sterilisation with or without kraft paper pouches

The ÜLKA Jupiter 10V PRO offers flexible use. Instruments can be sterilised either unwrapped or in suitable kraft paper sterilisation pouches.

The manufacturer recommends using original ÜLKA kraft paper pouches that are compatible with the Jupiter 10V PRO.

Safety in everyday professional salon use

For professional use, the Jupiter 10V PRO features emergency shutdown and an emergency opening mechanism.

The device was developed for reliable, continuous use and, according to the manufacturer, is designed for an operating life of up to 50,000 hours.

Notes on drying mode

When drying, place the instruments in the device without kraft paper pouches. Remove any visible water droplets before placing the instruments in the device.

The sterilisation chamber should not be overloaded. ÜLKA recommends a maximum utilisation of approximately 70 %. After the drying programme has finished, an appropriate sterilisation programme must be run.
