Important warranty conditions
To claim the full 5-year manufacturer warranty, regular and verifiable filter changes are mandatory. The manufacturer requires that the filter be replaced every two to three months. The filter may only be cleaned dry and no liquids or foreign substances are allowed to enter the device. The warranty covers only the electronic components of the device.
In order for us to process a warranty case, we must be able to clearly prove to the manufacturer via filter reorderingsthat the filter change was carried out within the prescribed period. You must therefore keep the relevant receipts for the replacement filters purchased from us.If no seamless proof of regular filter change intervals can be provided, the warranty will expire.
The warranty does not apply in cases ofdamage due to improper use, ingress of liquids, missing or late filter changes, transport damage, damage caused by natural events, tampering, unauthorized repairs or loss of the warranty seal.In case of resale, the warranty remains valid only if the original warranty card is presented.
A filter is designed for approximately 40 to 90 manicure uses per month depending on workload and amount of material.
