A return is generally possible if:
- Your order is cancelled within 14 days after receipt
- the goods are unused and ideally in their original condition
- the product is unopened
⚠ Return not possible
A return is not possible for:
- sealed hygiene or cosmetic products if the seal has been removed
- already used products
- products that can no longer be sold for hygienic reasons

If you have received the wrong item, this is not a normal withdrawal.

If possible, fill out the withdrawal form below. This is not mandatory but helps us process your request faster.
Pack the goods securely
Pack the items securely for transport and include your order number or a copy of the invoice.
Send the return
Send the package to our return address. The direct cost of returning the goods must be borne by you in the event of withdrawal.

If an item was delivered incorrectly or arrived defective, please do not use the standard return form. Instead, use the appropriate complaint procedure so we can process your case faster.
