Change order, cancel order & manage addresses, invoice download, shipping status
Here you will find the most important answers regarding your order in your customer account.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order yourself in your customer account as long as it has not yet entered shipping.
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open the "Orders" section.
- Select the corresponding order.
- There you can cancel the order if the order status is still open.

Can I change my order afterwards?
Changes to existing orders are unfortunately not technically possible.
If you would like to adjust your order, please proceed as follows:
- First log in to your customer account.
- Cancel your current order, provided this is still possible.
- Then open the order and click on "Repeat order".
This will automatically place the products back into your cart.
You can then do the following in the cart:
- remove products
- add more products
- complete your order again
What can I do if there are problems with the payment or if I want to change the payment method?
If your payment was not successful or you would like to use another payment method, you can access this directly in your customer account within your order.
Directly to your orders: Go to orders
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open the "Orders" section.
- Select the affected order.
- Depending on the order status, you can change the payment method there or reopen the order in checkout to complete the payment.
This allows you to conveniently pay open orders again without having to place a new order.
How do I put products from a previous order back into the cart? "Repeat order"
You can easily place products from a previous order back into your cart.
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open the "Orders" section.
- Select the desired previous order.
- Click on "Repeat order".

The items from this order will then automatically be placed back into your cart.
How can I change my addresses or billing address?
You can adjust your address or billing address directly in your customer account.
Address or billing address: Go to customer account
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open the "Addresses" section.
- Edit your existing addresses there or add a new address.
- If needed, set your default shipping address or default billing address.
Where can I find my shipping status and tracking information?
You can find the current shipping status of your order directly in your customer account under the respective order.

- Log in to your customer account.
- Open the "Orders" section.
- Select the desired order.
- Below the listed items you will find the "Package tracking" section.
- There you will see your tracking number including a link for shipment tracking.
Where can I download my invoice?
You can find your invoice directly in your customer account under the respective order.

- Log in to your customer account.
- Open the "Orders" section.
- Select the desired order.
- Go to the "Documents" section within the order.
- There you can download your invoice.
