APPLICATION Rubber Bases with Polish Color

Prepare the nail as usual and remove the cuticles. Now use the Ultra Prep Dehydrator to degrease the nails and then the Ultra Double Bond Primer. Allow both liquids to air dry for about 20 seconds each in sequence. You can now start with an adhesion gel compatible with the soak-off technique. For example, the H-Free Bonder (Soak-off compatible) or the Connect Basegel Extreme Bond. Massage the adhesion gel in a very thin layer and cure it in the lamp.

You can now apply any Builder/Rubber Base gel suitable for the nails as a contact layer. This makes the subsequent build-up easier.
After applying the contact layer to the nail (do not cure), you can do a light build-up with the Rubber/Base gel. Make sure the build-up is not too thick and forms a nice smooth shape, then cure the gel in the lamp. The goal is to avoid filing afterwards.

PRO TIPS:
1. Use a thin fine liner brush to lightly spread the build in the right directions / thinner. This allows you to easily smooth out unevenness without damaging the shape.

2. Turn the finished finger upside down before placing it under the lamp. Let the gel flow back to the center of the nail for a few seconds until the build has the perfect shape.

If the gel is also intended for a slight extension, you can now make a small extension on a form at this step. If you are only strengthening the natural nail without extension, be sure to wrap the nail tips well so they do not remain exposed, as this could otherwise lead to lifting.
Avoid filing whenever possible. If you need to file a nail, remove the inhibition layer with a wipe and cleaner and ensure that filing dust does not get on the inhibition layer of other fingers.

Proceed without removing the inhibition layer (unless you need to adjust the shape), by either applying a Polish Soak-off Gel Color like this one or leaving the nails as they are.

PRO TIPS:
1. When applying color, always start with a very thin layer on the nail and cure it. It does not necessarily need to cover well. However, it helps maintain a delicate thin form by working in 2 very thin layers instead of one thicker one.
2. When applying color, increase the pressure of the brush slightly at the nail tip area. Otherwise, unsightly thicker deformations usually occur at the nail tips.

For removal, there are always two options with soak-off gels:

1. Removal with remover liquid: To remove the nails, you only need to roughen the top sealing layer well with a buffer so that the remover liquid can penetrate well into the underlying soak-off gel layers. Drop some of our JustNails remover liquid onto special remover pads or a wipe wrapped in aluminum foil, then apply it to the nail. Leave the liquid on for at least 10-15 minutes. You may need to remove the first softened layer and leave it on for a few more minutes until the gel is completely dissolved (depending on gel, material, and thickness of build and color layers). Remove the remover pad and carefully remove gel residues with a Pro-Pusher or a rosewood stick. Avoid regularly using remover when filling as this will matt and roughen the natural nail repeatedly, which would damage it severely.

2. Milling with a milling bit: You need a very good metal milling bit to remove or refill nails. When completely removing, always leave a thin layer of gel on the nail if possible. When refilling nails, remove only 50% of the modelage and remould with a thinner layer on the old modelage. Pay attention to removing any liftings and keeping things clean.
