The Enigmatic Flash Glitter Gel Couleur collection takes the Red Nail Theory trend to a new, sparkling level. Reflective particles and iridescent flash glitter flakes meet rich red-to-burgundy shades to create a multidimensional glitter effect that shifts beautifully from every angle.
The five shades range from classic red to a nearly black crimson tone. Just two thin coats deliver bold, even color – without the need for a separate base shade or unnecessary product build-up.
Wear the color as a striking full-cover look, combine it with an Enigmatic Jelly Shade, or use it for nail art, accents, gradients and glamorous designs.

Application
On Gel-X Tips
- Etch the surface of the applied Gel-X Tip with Gel-X Prep.
- Apply one thin, even coat of Enigmatic Gel Couleur and cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply a second thin coat and cure again for 30 seconds.
- Finish with Builder Top Gelcoat or Non-Wipe Top Gelcoat and cure for 30–60 seconds, depending on the top coat used.
On Natural Nails
- Apply pH Bonder and allow the nails to air-dry completely. Apply Acid-Free Gel Primer if desired.
- Apply a thin, even layer of Base Gelcoat or Base Gelcoat X and cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply one thin, even coat of Enigmatic Flash Glitter Gel Couleur and cure for 30 seconds.
- Apply a second thin coat and cure again for 30 seconds.
- Finish with Builder Top Gelcoat or Non-Wipe Top Gelcoat and cure for 30–60 seconds, depending on the top coat used.
Removal
Carefully e-file off the topcoat and gel color. Then soak the nails in 100% pure acetone for 10–20 minutes until the gel becomes soft and jelly-like.
Gently lift the softened product with a remover tool or cuticle pusher. Do not force removal. Lightly buff away any remaining residue and finish with cuticle oil.
Recommendations
- Enhance the glitter effect: Encapsulate with Builder Top Gelcoat to smooth the surface and magnify the multidimensional sparkle.
- Mix the finishes: Apply an Enigmatic Jelly Shade over the flash glitter for a tinted, jewel-toned effect. Alternatively, apply flash glitter over a Jelly Shade for a bolder contrast.
- Create a holographic effect: Apply Heavenly Top Gelcoat over the cured flash glitter shade for a multidirectional holographic finish. Finish with Builder Top Gelcoat for added depth.
- More than full coverage: Ideal for gradients, ombré designs, French details, accent nails and encapsulated nail art.
